- Files and vehicle data — the ECU files you upload and the vehicle, engine, and service details you enter to place an order.

How we use your data
We use your data solely to provide and operate the Service: to process and deliver your tuning file orders, manage your credits, verify your account, respond to your requests, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering the Service you request) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service.
Service providers
We share data only with the processors that run the Service:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and encrypted file storage.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
- Google— optional “Sign in with Google” authentication.
These providers act on our instructions and are bound to protect your data.
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit. Uploaded files are held in a private storage bucket accessible only through short-lived, ownership-checked links. Access to admin functions is protected and, where enabled, secured with two-factor authentication.
Retention
We keep order and transaction records as your purchase history for as long as your account is active, and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete data that we are not required to retain.
