These Terms of Service govern your use of the ORI2TUNE ECU file service (the “Service”) provided by ORI2TUNE. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
The Service lets you upload original ECU files, order tuning modifications using credits, track their progress, and download the processed files. Services and prices are shown in the app and may change.
Off-road and motorsport use
Tuning modifications may affect a vehicle’s emissions, warranty, insurance, and road-legal status. Files are provided for motorsport/off-road use where permitted by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring any modification complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. You must only upload files that you own or are authorized to modify.
Credits and payments
Services are paid for with credits. Credits can be added via top-up requests, which are confirmed once payment is received. If an order is rejected, the credits for that order are refunded to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable except as required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage arising from the use of tuning files on a vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
